Andrew Loposser is a seasoned political strategist and political consultant recognized for his innovative approach to combining traditional campaign operations with cutting‐edge technology. As the co-founder of Assembly Strategies, he brings extensive experience in grassroots organizing, legislative strategy, and digital campaign innovations to political operations nationwide. In 2016, Andrew served as one of the field directors for Donald Trump’s campaign in Virginia—a role that paved the way for his subsequent six-year tenure with the Virginia House of Delegates. During that period, he refined his strategic expertise and played a pivotal role in securing electoral victories at every level, including commonwealth’s attorneys, board of supervisors, delegates, state senators, school boards, and commissioners of revenue. In 2019, he launched APL Consulting, further establishing his reputation for delivering measurable results on the campaign trail. A recognized leader in integrating artificial intelligence into political strategy, Andrew developed a proprietary GPT model designed to enhance direct mail communications and overall campaign effectiveness. As a Senior Advisor to the National Artificial Intelligence Association Advisory Board, he writes about the role of AI in modern political campaigns and cautions against overregulation, cementing his status as an innovator at the nexus of technology and politics. Before becoming a national political consultant, Andrew honed his skills in local politics in Arlington County, Virginia, where he served in key leadership roles, such as Chairman of the Arlington County-Falls Church Young Republicans, Chairman of the Arlington County GOP, and Chairman of the 8th Congressional District Republican Committee. A native of Charlotte, NC, where he learned the value of hard work by contributing to his family’s small business, Andrew continues to champion conservative values and innovative strategies that are reshaping the political landscape. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, Emily, and their black lab, Lucy. When not on the campaign trail, he enjoys cigars, boutique stationery, and living and dying with every play of the Denver Broncos during the NFL season.
